If you know us at Barnabas Ministries at all, then you will be aware that one of our greatest desires is to work with all members of the Body of Christ to bring glory to His name.  In that spirit, we would like to help support Jacob's Well in their ministry to spread the love of Jesus to those in need, regardless of their knowledge of Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour.

The function of this ministry is to knit, sew, or crochet shawls or lap robes to give as gifts of comfort to those with a special need, be it physical or spiritual.  These shawls are created with love and prayer for the specific individual for whom they have been requested.  In doing so, the obvious benefit of prayer is achieved, but also the desire for the individual to be wrapped in the comforting warmth of the love of Jesus.  To us this is in perfect keeping with the 'Son of Encouragement' aspect of Barnabas Ministries, and we are happy to be able to let the community know about this ministry.

The ministry needs help to create the shawls, recommend people to receive shawls, and even to deliver the shawls when needed.
